Activities planned in the project:
- Project management and distribution: creation of a project team (teacher-student) and project committee, organization of the project’s introductory meeting, creation of social media pages, distribution of project results.
- Learning and teaching activity in the Netherlands: Module “Digital citizenship and media”, covering topics: course introduction, digital security, digital citizenship contracts for schools, digital health and discussion.
- Learning and teaching activity in Italy: Teachers will learn the competence to adapt digital citizenship in their classroom. At the end of the workshop, participants from partner schools will prepare a report and adaptive activities related to all dimensions of digital citizenship.
- Digital Citizenship Student Education Module – Creation of Digital Citizenship Family Training Module: The creation of the modules will be divided into two steps: infrastructure preparation and program development process.
- International meeting in Turkey: the final meeting, which will focus on the evaluation of the activities carried out in the project.
- “Project News”: will be published annually, highlighting the most important results and events, and will be available to our students, teachers, parents, school visitors and the public.
Expected results:
- A total of around 350 teachers of Pamatskolas “Rīdze” elementary school and project partner organizations, as well as students and their families, totaling around 5000, have improved their digital citizenship skills.
- Stands prepared by students with the results of project activities to inform parents and other school visitors.
- The booklets and presentations published in the project are distributed in schools and the local community, using partner schools’ relations with other schools.
- Developed digital citizenship education modules for students and families, compiled into a final product available to other schools in e-book and printed form on the project website.
Transnational meeting in Riga, Latvia

The meeting included team-building activities, project activities, mobility dates and an introduction to the teachers and culture of each school.
The first meeting was held in a convivial atmosphere to provide positive inspiration for the project activities.
Learning, Teaching, Training activities in Amsterdam, Netherlands

When our partners came to Lodi, we welcomed them with a concert which consisted of body percussion music and pieces played by the students of the school orchestra and the music teachers. They attended digital citizenship lessons in some classes. Those were interactive moments aimed at promoting the correct use of digital instruments and talking about our students’ perceptions of what a safe and healthy use of technology means. We prepared the lessons and shared them with our partners after following a training seminar held in Amsterdam. The appealing fact is that our students asked the foreign teachers to work with them and exchanged a lot of experiences. We took them to a meeting with the deputy mayor of Lodi and it was a warm event that brought different cultures together.

Dissemination forms were presented by all partner insttutons. A discusson was held about the project results.
Strategies for disseminating project results were discussed. Improvements have been made regarding the presentaton of the promotonal texts and final report of the project results.
